WELCOME!
Welcome to my website
You have arrived to my digital art website, where you can view an online art exhibition “Goodbye Real World” here from October 2020.
“Goodbye Real World” is an online digital exhibition of 360/VR images that explores the effect the digital world has on the real one. The Exhibition is a Philosophers’ Journey through the Digital World. Humans are at the brink of leaving the real world behind and how this will effect what is left behind.
This online digital art experience explores the human condition in the 21st century. How we interact with technology and how the digital world encroaches on the real world. How the real world is changed, affected and neglected because of the digital world. This has never been more noticeable since the advent of COVID in 2020.
The exhibition is a new style of art that doesn’t rely on traditional media. It is 100% created on a computer, and the art is able to be moved by the audience. Bringing art into a new world where it isn’t just observed, but played with and “experienced” The viewer is surrounded by the artwork.

As this art can’t be purchased in the traditional sense it is about the experience and the emotions it creates not about the “prettiness” of a painting. Hence the art practice of evoking thought is free from financial “viability” of piece as a product. That is why I applied for a Grant with The Regional Arts Development Fund. If you like the exhibition or just feel generous a tip would be greatly appreciated.
The traditional gallery model isn’t the only way art can be viewed and loved. Art can be provided on the web for the whole world to see, and you are not limited by the real world in a digital environment. So you don’t need the hand sanitiser or need to sign in to enjoy my art.
But you can sign the guest book here.
The Digital Philosophers’ Journey is to be completed. There are 3 pieces of the exhibition here and there will be another 3 installments to complete the journey. You can sign up for my newsletter below and you can be emailed when each new piece is live. I hope to make the exhibition a real world installation eventually, so you will also get notifications when that happens.
